Requirements

  • Complete all requirements of Interim Field Auditor. For those requirements, click here.

  • Complete the MOC Certification Process

  • Complete the Equipment Specialist Certification Process

  • Must be Certified to "Conduct Site Audits"

  • Must receive a positive evaluation from the Compliance Manager at 30, 60 and 90 days following the date designated as an "Interim Field Auditor"
