Certified in basic skills for the fugitive emission software used at assigned site (e.g., FEMS, LeakDas, ...). Certified in Upload / Download for the fugitive emission software used at assigned site (e.g., FEMS, LeakDas, ...). Completion of Site Administrator Checklist. Complete the Site Administrator Workbook & Exam with a 90% or higher score.
